This new construction project was designed in collaboration with Walla Architectural Services and developed by BYMB Washington Properties LLC. The facility serves as the central hub for B Young RV’s operations in Southwest Washington, featuring a durable, pre-engineered steel structure that balances functionality with modern industrial aesthetics.

Spanning 36,000 sq. ft., the operations center includes administrative offices, service bays, and logistics space—delivering long-term operational efficiency for one of the region’s largest RV retailers. Recognized with a Top Project Award in 2019, this build highlights Schlecht | Wharton Construction’s expertise in large-scale commercial steel construction and site development.
