Developed for Triad Ventures LLC and designed by EL Architects, this project provides a state-of-the-art home for Applied Motion Systems, a company specializing in custom industrial automation equipment. The building features a durable steel frame, expansive indoor workspaces, private offices, a mezzanine-level inside the warehouse, and an exterior mezzanine space for hosting events and company gatherings.
