Schlecht | Wharton Construction is the General Contractor for a new 3,000 sq. ft. convenience store and carwash at the Ridgefield Gateway Center in Ridgefield, WA. This commercial construction project includes full site development, dry utility installation across six lots, and final landscaping with added features such as a gazebo and outdoor lounge areas.
In partnership with Pioneer Partners Ridgefield, LLC and Wilson Architects, PLLC, the project began in Q4 2024 and is expected to be completed by late 2025.
