After operating his own construction business for 20 years, Randy was hired by Schlecht Construction in 2007 as an Estimator and Project Manager.

His recent project work has included Peri-Formworks in Woodland, Washington; the Hospice/Community Home Health office addition in Longview, Washington; and the Catlin Investment Group’s facility in Kelso, Washington.

Randy was a member of the Lower Columbia Contractors Association for nearly two decades and served terms as a board member and as the organization’s president.
