When Mark joined the Schlecht team in 1997 as a Project Manager, he brought nearly 20 years of construction industry experience with him.

Mark has extensive work experience, ranging from carpenter to Project Manager for numerous multi-million dollar projects in California and Washington. He administers construction activities that include project acquisition, design, costing, preparation and management of subcontractor activity, and scheduling and coordination between owners, architects and construction personnel.

Mark’s projects include the Lewis River Golf Clubhouse in Woodland, Washington; Curt Warner Chevrolet in Vancouver, Washington; and LifePort, Inc. and LifePort Interiors in Woodland, Washington. Mark currently serves as president of the Southwest Washington Contractors Association.
