Jessica was hired as a receptionist at Schlecht Construction in 1990. She was promoted to Office Manager in 1994 and then to her current position as Business Manager.

She manages the office staff, human resources, marketing, contract administration, and safety. She also serves as a liaison between Schlecht’s office staff and field staff members to coordinate communications and procedures.

Jessica recently completed a four-year term on the Board of Directors of the Lower Columbia Contractors Association and served as the 2005 president. She currently plays an active role in her Rotary Club in Kelso, Washington.
