Don joined the Schlecht team in 1987 as a project foreman and has more than 25 years' experience in all phases of commercial and industrial construction.

Don has supervised the construction of the majority of Schlecht’s church projects and works well with churches that are conducting services during the construction phase.

Church projects Don has managed include the New Heights Church projects in Vancouver, Washington and Woodhaven Church in Sherwood, Oregon. Don’s resume also includes the Cascade Park Animal Hospital and the Bank of Clark County in Vancouver, Washington.
