Bryan manages Schlecht's Vancouver office and is the lead in the development of properties by Heritage Development, LLC, a firm on which both Bryan and Larry Schlecht serve as officers. Bryan oversees the estimating and management of all phases of Schlecht's commercial and industrial projects.

Bryan works closely with customers and coordinates field and administration personnel.

Bryan is extremely active in the community and the construction industry. In 1997 he served as president of the Southwest Washington Contractors Association and is currently a board member for the Columbia River Economic Development Council.
