Heritage Centre
Heritage Centre is a 64,800sf light industrial building, one of the first of its kind in Woodland, WA. The building features exterior pre-cast walls and a Varco-Pruden Steel Building roof system. The building has high efficiency lighting and an advanced fire sprinkler system allowing for high-pile storage. Windows were placed at high elevations to allow additional natural light inside the building and for visual effects. An attractive Storefront system was placed at the end of the building closest to the street, and a unique blue stripe was painted around the building. The 24' high custom designed monument sign was installed utilizing pre-cast concrete and specialty coated metals. The main construction was complete in the spring of 2006. Schlecht then completed tenant improvements for three major tenants.7 images total

Nortech Fabrication
Storedahl Enterprises hired Schlecht Construction, Inc. to Design/Build a new equipment manufacturing facility called Nortech Fabrication. The facility encompasses a production building, a machine room, a paint/sandblast building, and new offices, for a total of 39,000 square feet. This project is a prime example of Schlecht Construction's successful Design/Build process by finding solutions and innovative concepts working with the Owners as a team throughout the construction process.8 images total

RD Olson Manufacturing
These design/build projects are the most recent that Schlecht has completed for Olson over the years.The wood frame office building features a standing seam roof system. The 30,000-square-foot manufacturing facility is a pre-engineered metal building that includes a two-story interior tenant improvement.

LifePort, Inc.
To accommodate LifePort’s growth in medical patient air transport systems, Schlecht was selected to construct a 20,000-square-foot assembly plant in Woodland. The project included a pre-engineered steel building, concrete tilt-up wainscot panels, and a wood frame administrative office with brick veneer exterior.Schlecht built a 30,500-square-foot manufacturing facility and supporting offices for LifePort Interiors, which installs armor plating, custom cabinetry, medical cabinetry, and protective flooring in aircraft.
