Heritage Development LLC
Larry Schlecht and Bryan Halbert founded Heritage Development, LLC, in 1995 for the purpose of purchasing 45 acres of farmland formerly owned by the Holland America Bulb Farm in Woodland, Washington. Heritage Development successfully sold and developed that property and has purchased and developed additional properties throughout Cowlitz and Clark counties during the past decade.
Heritage Development manages the tenants at Heritage Centre in Woodland, which opened in 2006, and will also manage those at the 157th Plaza building, which is now under construction in Vancouver.
