Renovation of a 1912 building for New Heights Church. Work includes refinishing original hardwood floors, installing a new mechanical system, modernizing the lower level and repairing the stained glass throughout the upper level.7 images total

New Heights East
Schlecht Construction, Inc. was hired by New Heights Church to design and construct a new 13,085 square foot church with classrooms, lobby, bathrooms, storage, technical spaces, kitchen and meeting room. The project also included off site utility work, half width street improvements, on-site parking, site lighting, and storm water collection and treatment system. The HVAC system included hi-efficiency hot water heaters, zoning for the rooftop systems, demand control ventilation for the main fellowship center, and DDC controls with central interaction and scheduling from the main campus.13 images total

Woodhaven Community Church
