For two generations Schlecht Construction, Inc. has been providing high-quality general contracting in Washington and Oregon communities. In 1965, my father, Ray Schlecht, started the business,first building residential and commercial structures, then moving into complex commercial and industrial projects.

Today we continue the tradition of providing high-quality, reliable contracting and construction services. We've expanded our market to all types of commercial and industrial buildings, including concrete tilt-up and pre-engineered metal structures. You can view some of our previous projects on the tour.

Over the years, we have found that our primary asset is our employees. So, in addition to providing them with incentives to perform high-quality work, we also offer ways to advance their development—and, by extension, our own—through company-sponsored educational programs that foster self-respect and pride.
